  We stayed here two nights during a road tour of Italy.The hotel is lovely and the staff were all very friendly and helpful, especially the owner who is also the Chef. We were a bit worried when we arrived to find they had a wedding party arriving in a few hours but they insisted they could still.provide a meal for us. Although the wedding party was in a marquee outside our room, the sound proofing was very good and we were not disturbed when - We went there on our way to Venice, it was really great. We loved it. There are many space for parking, the lady in reception didn't know english but she immediately got help to explain us. They are really friendly and soo welcoming. Our place was huge we couldn't believe that it was 40 euros breakfast included. I strongly recommend this place if you have your car and willing to stay somewhere which is peaceful and relaxing.

  This is an good hotel for a family. The hotel staff was excellent! They really went out of their way to accommodate us. We also enjoyed having a family room as these are hard to come by.   As many reviewers comment, the entrance is sparse at best. The entrance is no indication of the hotel once you get up the stairs. We aren't sure why some reviewers comment harshly on the stairs... The location of this hotel is exceptional! It was a two minute walk to St. Mark's square (once we got oriented) which allowed us to visi - Location was perfect. Nice to be able to put all 5 of us in one room. Staff were very easy to work with and accomodated some special requests and made good recommendations for dinner, sight-seeing, etc.. - Great location-close to everything. Staff was very helpful and informative. Kept very clean and tidy. Breakfast was great on the patio. Do have to climb a lot of stairs (no elevator) but very nice place.

  It is a cosy and very relaxing place with beautiful garden around, a lovely terrace to drink a cup of coffee in the morning. Nice for couples and also for families with children. The hostess is helpful and attentive. We booked this hotel for one night, but the place was so charming that we decided to stay more time. The breakfast is varied. Whilst it may not suit everyone I liked the location and a local bus all the way to Venice and the peace at night. I also had a garage to park my motorbike in and enjoyed the breakfast.
