  Excellent hotel with a good location near Ponte Vecchio, Palazzo Vecchio and Uffizi. excellent rooms and excellent service. This hotel is a lesson many top starred hotels should learn from on how to provide service. Joey and Lorenzo are very helpful, providing personal service and tips on what should be visited. Though missed the brea - What a great little place in a perfect location. The staff is amazing and very helpful. We were first time visitors to Italy. They made us feel welcome and went above and beyond to help us print out tickets etc. Recommended some of the best food we had. The location is tucked away in a coutyard by a church right off of a main street that leads to everything you would want to see in Florence. Would stay there again.

Great location in a quiet room north of the main touristic part of the city, but still only about a 8-10 minute walk from the Duomo. Very happy we stayed outside of Siena as it was very hot in the city, but cool at the Villa. Great views over Siena at night. Highly recommended.
