I stayed in the hostel for 9 nights, the staff is very professional, friendly, respectful and helpful, Alina is part of the staff and she gave me great advice on things and people in Florence. Very well located, is a very clean place. I highly recommend it because I had a great time there. thank you very much for everything.

A 3-4 stars hotel room inside a traditional hostel (room 355 for 4 people) notwithstanding it's a place for young people. Very nice! 10 minutes walking from Florence Santa Maria Novella Railways station, 10 minutes from Duomo of Florence and Giotto Tower, 15 minutes by bus from very cheap car parks. Hostel was quite far from Firenze SMN (central station), but reachable by bus in 10 minutes or taxi (10 EUR).
Rooms clean. Common showers, but plenty of, clean and everything worked well.
Breakfast and dinner were cheap but decent, especially dinner (many delicious dishes with a glass of wine for only 9 EUR, unbeatable offer).
Groceries and ticket office right in front of the hostel.
International community, stuff spoke good english.
Maps and guides for free on reception.

One of the best hostels I've stayed at. Check in was simple, and the people were very kind. It's a huge hostel/hotel so it doesn't have the general "hostel atmosphere" in main areas, but I stayed in a female dorm with 5 other girls, and made instant friends! The staff we're nice and obliging. 24 hour reception and no curfew. The rooms were great and kept quite tidy. Bathrooms were kept very clean which was nice. Free wi-fi was awesome. If you want to spend your last day exploring- you can leave your bags at the hotel and pick them up later so you don't have to take them around with you all day. Location, despite with a slight distance from center, is great. And, it's only minutes from the sea!
Staff is great and overall first impression is really good. Reception and lounge are nice and welcoming. Breakfast with no problems.
Room is nice and spacious (double). You can even see the sea from your room!

A great place to chill out and close to the wall for some exercise. liked the quietness and laid back atmosphere with plenty of room to spread out to catch up on Emails, reading etc. Sami who ran the private eating area adjacent to the foyer, was very helpful and friendly when i told him I was a veggo. wouos definitely stay here again and also recommend to others.

Great welcome from very helpful staff who spoke good English. Superb location - just take the LAM Rosso bus from airport or train to Cammeo or Torre stop - it's two streets away. Good facilities including lovely garden/ sun terrace. Only four rooms, two bathrooms, very nice homely feel. Loved the idiosyncratic decor - very unusual and personal! Definitely not beige!

Exceptionally friendly staff. 5-minute walk from Florence central station (Firenze Santa Maria Novella) as long as you can follow an Italian street map. A small fridge (room enough for a beer) is available. I was only in town for 18 hours, but I was very happy with my female-only 5-bed dorm with internal bathroom. -
