  This is one of the best hotels I have stayed in. The position is perfect, the outside pool is spotlessly clean and perfect. The reception staff are the most friendly and helpful. My requests were dealt with quickly and effortlessly. Five star rating. - Everything.

  The setting, the fabulous view on mellow Tuscan hills, the extras like the "happy hour" where you can nibble for free, the vegetable garden, the cosy lounge and all the art books/catalogues you can leaf through, the pool of course, the location perfectly suited for visiting Volterra, San Gimignano, Sienna, Florence and even Lucca. And last but not... hva folk sier » least the utter friendliness of the staff. - The group of eight of us stayed at the hotel as our last stop before leaving Italy to bid final farewell to Tuscany. Set on the hillside of the area, the hotel offers comfortable rooms,perfect views and decent facilities. The dinner cooking was wonderful although the breakfast was a bit light. We certainly enjoyed the stay.

  We spent one night on the way to Elba. Fantastic Tuscan views, peace and total relaxation on the go. Maybe a little hard to get to the destination. I would recommend for people who like detachment from the crowds. Near the 20 to 30 km two wonderful small and charming towns. Good restaurant. The staff couldn't do enough to help you, whether it was about your room, the local towns or where the nicest beaches were. They also spoke very good English. The room was great with everything you could need and was overlooking the valley and Volterra.

  Exceptional service from front desk staff--Sara was willing to provide recommendations regarding dinner and wineries to visit (both recommendations were superb). - It was outside the city, necessary if you are driving but very easy to walk or take the bus inside the city walls.

  When we came in the evening, we thought that we are in the middle of nowhere. But when we wake up in the morning we fall in love in this place.The house was beautiful, accommodation comfort and clean, garden with trees and flowers, beautiful pool and very very calm.   Nice staff (Elena was great- funny, attentive and knowledgable). Room had a large bath with a great terrace. Air conditioning worked well. - Loved the ancient spa and hikes beyond up the mountains. Thermal water not hot enough for me.

  We stayed at the Hotel Joseph which is a sister hotel of Braccioti because they made a mistake in our reservation but both the communication and the process were smooth and perfect. The hotel is located in a beautiful part of the seaside. Although the hotel has 3 stars the rooms, the furnitures and all the facilities are fantastic.
