  The hotel is situated in the center of Arezzo and very near to the train station (walking distance). The facilities are very good, the room is welcoming, clean and nice. I had also a nice balcony. The internet in the room is fast and working well. - The owner/ operator Anika was awesome. She was extremely helpful above & beyond. She made us feel very comfortable in order to ask her questions or ask for suggestions. The hotel was very close to the train station so we were able to walk there. The buffet was very nice. An excellent restaurant was just across the street and we were easily able to walk the historical Arezzo area from the hotel.

  The location was beautiful, breath taking views of vineyards, the property was well manicured, very Tuscan. The rooms were large and airy and they had a lovely swimming pool and spa.
