  A very nice, clean, modern B&B. The owner Antonella is very friendly and helpful with any questions or concerns about things to see or getting around. A 10 minute walk from the train station down Via National, and about the same distance from the city center. 5 min away from nice restaurants and bars, good breakfast and coffee in the AM. What made our stay perfect was the owner antonella- such a lovely lady. She was very helpful in what to see and recommended some great places to eat. Location was good easy to get around by bus or walking. Would definitely recommend and would stay again when back in florence.

  A very nice, comfortable hotel in a tipical Tuscany 18th century villa. Rooms are very nice and quiet. The pool and the gardens with the idilic Tuscany views are fantastic.   We loved the garden (it looks well looked after) and the staff were very helpful and friendly - we'd like to thank Antonio especially for his assistance with our stay. - We liked its central location, that it has a lovely garden in which you can sit and it is located across from a park as well as very near the train station.
