I had a room with a stunning view out over the surrounding countryside and could see Etna in the distance. There was also a terrace adjoining the room to sit out and enjoy the view. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff were friendly. -

The location was good with only a 5-10 minute walk to Ortigia and all the sights, catacombs etc.
Staff were very helpful.

If I could give 11 out of 10, I would. This is the cleanest and friendliest hostel I have ever stayed in--and to be honest I've stayed in 3-hotels which weren't as nice (and 4-star hotels where I was unable to sleep because the bed was so uncomfortable!!!). The beds are amazing. The rooms are brand new!! The 8-person bunk rooms have a lovely view

This place is magical. The staff are incredible. They took Matteo (my Palermitano cat) into their arms. I met so many wonderful individuals here, I only have Agora' 2 thanks 4 that unique opportunity & already look foward to returning in October.
I could go on and on about the city as well. Such acts of kindness I have rarely experienced anywhere else during all my years of travel. Special thanks to Elisa (& Maurizio) and Cristian for your kindness and hospitality
