Staff were great. We were travelling with our dogs and we were provided with a room with a separate door directly to the car park which was very useful for us. The staff gave us a few recommendations for where to eat, and even offered to get us a ride to one of the better restaurants. Breakfast was arranged early for us (we had to leave by 7:30am)

The facilities are excellent. Staff are keenly interested in assisting guests. Excellent secure parking. Quiet location. Easily accessed. Comfortable. A great location for persons prepared to drive in Palermo. After a brief drive in Palermo, I parked my car to rely on public transit. B&B recommended a good nearby restaurant and arranged for a shuttle.

B & B Diana is VERY central very well kept at all times. It is always very clean. A young lady who takes care of every thing goes out of her way to make your stay enjoyable.
The breakfast was very good with an abundant choice to choose from.

This hotel is a small paradise. The hotel only has six rooms. Each of them are very private with each their own terrace. The best thing is the main terrace which has stunning views to the sea and stromboli in good weather. The hotel has no swimming pool so it is indeed very quiet.

Our host was very lovely and more than happy to help me chase up the airline to try and locate a missing bag. The breakfast was plentiful and the coffee delicious. Our beautiful room had original frescoed ceilings and exposed beams, gorgeous decoration and a huge terrace overlooking the street. The staff are the friendliest people we met in Palermo and the breakfast was outrageously bountiful - more lovely things than you could possibly eat! The B&B was in an incredible location, just blocks from the best part of the most incredible sandy beach. Breakfast was delicious - lots of options, including made to order eggs (and even cheesecake, which was unusual for breakfast but quite a treat). The staff was so friendly and hospitable - very eager to please and help whenever possible.
