  Nice hotel. We had an amazing view. It's old, it's Italian, don't have the highest expectations. AC didn't get cool in our room, but it's was around 75F so not too bad. Parking is really minimal. I drive and SUV, parked it on the ramp and left the keys. The hotel staff moved around the vehicle and parked it.   Neas is really in the heart of romantic Noto. It is really close to the Corso Vittorio Emanuele. If you wish, small parking space is available right at the door, however I don't know whether it's free or not. Even though this is only B&B and we did not expect 24h service, there's always everybody awaiting your arrival. Bathrooms are quite small and if you're over 6ft you may encounter ceiling being very close. - The hotel was centrally located with parking nearby.
