  The location was excellent, the room very big and the put us an extra bed for our baby, every day some one came and clean, as I say the location is perfect and we found a nice family restaurant in the same street No 37, with a good food and very cheap for the prices in Caglairi. Vittorio and Chen the owners were fant - Marvelous location in the heart of Cagliari, near the main street (Via Roma) in charming Marina district. The bus stop to poetto beach is in a few steps from hotel, plenty of restaurants around (L'oca bianca with it's incredible pizza :) Very friendly and kind owners - Vittorio and Chen.

  Thanks to Andrea, the director of this B&B. He's very nice and gave us good advicing to make shopping, told us good places on the beach... The breakfast was OK, room was cleaned up and very quiet.   If you want to spend a couple of days in a wonderful B&B this is the right place! You will never get such personal assistance from any other hotel (I don't know how it's like in ones where you pay over 500e per night). Max's family is all adorable and they are always helpful if you need something. This B&B is located on a bran - Many many thanks to Max, Laura and Marta for a wonderful stay at their B&B. The location is perfect to discover the area, the room couldn't be nicer, extremely clean and with view over the sea, 5 minutes away by foot. Breakfast is prepared by Max and Laura every day and they share with their hosts their more precious secrets on their area. We will def come back this time not only to enjoy the sun and the blue blue sea but also to see our friends. Grazie once more!!
