  The cleanliness of the room was excellent, the novelty and ease of choosing CDs for your room, the lovely decor in the rooms and the helpfulness of all staff, including the manager must be emphasised as this was exemplary.   we really liked the staff, who made you feel very welcomed.The young lady on reception desk was very helpful, Marizo who worked in the bar was very friendly and we both enjoyed speaking to him, he also helped us out with any questions we had about places we wanted to visit, on the whole i would say the whole staff are a credit to the hotel, includi... hva folk sier » ng receptionist, cleaning staff, waitress/waiters on breakfast and the staff who worked in the bar. - Staff very friendly and helpfull couldnt have asked for anything better.   The hotel was conveniently located between the Piazza del Popolo and the Vatican (a 10 minute walk to both) and from the Piazza you can continue through to the shopping areas and Spanish steps. Very friendly and helpful staff. In-room safes and reasonably-priced mini-bar. Reasonably good breakfast selection. Clean and well-tended rooms.
