  The staff was very hospitable and friendly. We traveled with three small kids who tend not to be very quite at times and the staff took it all in stride. We had requested a roll away bed before we arrived only to find a pack and play in our room, we didn't say anything because or daughter just slept on the couch the first night but upon our arriv... hva folk sier » al back to our room the second day they had replaced the pack and play with the roll away with out is even asking. - We stayed for 4 nights in a suite, which was quite comfortable and spacious. We enjoyed having a kitchen and that the living room was big enough for our kid to play. The breakfast is quite adequate, we also enjoyed having a pool. The location is good with big garden very close and the tram station right at the entrance to the residence.

  The hotel was in a good location and reasonably near the Spagna / Bernini Metro stations. The building itself is a little old but cosy and comfortable nonetheless. Staff were helpful. - Location near to Villa Bourghese and comfort of rooms.

The neighbourhood was quiet and safe, with some good restaurants within a short walking distance. For some the hotel may be a bit too far out of the city centre, but it's very close to a direct train route and frankly if you like a long amble in the morning is a walkable dista
