  We've stayed in hotels all over the world, and I have to say that this was one of our favorites. The price can't be beat for such a wonderful stay! There were bathrobes and slippers for each guest, the beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were fabulous, especially the shower. The manager and staff were so friendly and helpful. They even brought out hot chocolate f - The customer service is one of the best I've seen in many years. We were running late and about 20:00 the hotel contacted me to know if we were coming before they close the reception at 21:00 and also to know if we wanted to have dinner upon our arrival. The hotel and the room is very modern decorated and spacious, suited me well. The view is 10/10, just on the banks of the river.   We loved staying there! The appartement is spacious, has a small kitchen (including a coffee machine, fridge, dishes etc) and all rooms have lake view. It's true that the hotel is up on the hill and therefore maybe a little difficult to find at first and a like 20 min walk from the city, but otherwise it wouldn't have this amazing view of the lake... hva folk sier » and the mountains surrounding it!   Everything. From the moment we booked, we were treated like first class clients with an introductory email sent to us to thank us for booking, asking us if there was anything they could do to help.
