  The hotel was in a lovely quiet location with balcony views across the valley. The hotel staff were really kind and helpful providing local information, suggesting excursions and they were keen to ensure you enjoyed your stay. The breakfast buffet was wide ranging plentiful. Our room had a wonderful mountain view. The hotel is run by an extremely helpful and friendly family. They were helping starting from giving good suggestions about routes and things to do in the area nearby to helping resolve some problems with a shop. Special thanks to them for organizing a small breakfast on our early leave last day.

The rooms are clean and of acceptable size although some of rooms under roof have only small window that may not be appreciated by those who is not found of castle style. The rooms are decorated in white and was very clean. We stayed for 3 nights and went to the spa most of the time.
