  Señora Laura is a true gem and made our stay very enjoyable . Her bright greeting Robinsons every day made the day start enjoyably . The restaurant in the hoTel Olivedo next door was also excellent . Our room overlooking the lake was wonderful . the villa is beautifully furnished with appropriate antiques . the outdoor tables in the garden are wel... hva folk sier » l placed for enjoyable pre dinner drinks or a wonderful place to eat lunch while watching the ferries depart to various locations . Varenna must be o - We were delighted with the welcome we received by Proprietor, Luara. on arrival and from then on with the friendliness of all the staff. Our room in the Villa, overlooking the lake,was a sheer delight, and to receive a cheery greeting each morning entering the dining room started the day off with a swing. All amenities were very good. I had read on a review that WiFi was "crap". This was not the case at all. We have recommended Villa Torretta to two friends and we only arrived back in Australia
