This hotel was a pleasant surprise. I normally dont write reviews but I know this hotel deserves it. The hotel staff's are very supportive and helpfull. The rooms are decorated in white and was very clean. We stayed for 3 nights and went to the spa most of the time. The indoor pool and the spa took away a lot of stress we were going through becaus

The summer price of room is very reasonable, facilities are good with free enty to spa and free access to neighbouring open-air swimming pool. Car park under room is handy. Nice contemporary feel and good wall coverings.

We were at the end of our trip and had little time before our flight home. It was nice to come back into familar surroundings ( more American comforts). I booked this hotel for my mother and myself (mature adult daughter)
because our flight arrived in Milan well after 10pm and we were flying
home the next morning. The convenience of already being at the airport
when we awakened was priceless. What a wonderful hotel! Unfortunately,

After being given mis-directions to Malpensa, we finally arrived at the
terminal three hours after we arrived in Milan (they sent us to Bergamo
instead of Malpensa). I was very tired and cranky when I arrived at the
airport. I was looking for any indication of the shuttle bus to the
Sheraton when I realized that the Sheraton was actually part of the
terminal. It could not have been more convenient! Our room was spacious,
clean, and beautifully appointed...a real contrast to most European
hotels

Big spacious room with a big balcony . Spa facilities are very good - we spent a lot of time there . There is a private beach with 3 Jacuzzi overlooking the lake .
Breakfast has a big variety of tasty food - in fact it was the best breakfast we had in our North Italy trip . Definitely would return there . -

As always the service staff is really kind and helpful, its a pleasure to stay with our large dogs which is not so easy around Lake Garda. -
I found the staff very friendly, the actual location and the view over the countyside and lake was nice.

Confort, facilities, location, restaurant, staff... - A modern, charming hotel with an exciting design. Very kind reception by all staff. The restaurant is the best one during our one-week stay in Italy (and we haven´t been eating on Autogrill and McDonalds...) - very good kitchen and perfect staff.
