What can I say fantastic hotel! We've just returned from a fabulous week at the bazzenaga! We booked a superior delux room no 904 it was fantastic! We had a huge balcony fantastic views n luxury accommodation and with the luxury room came free garage parking and free wifi! It was cleaned every day with fresh towels! The hotel was ideal for our party of 9 bikers who want to relax after a long ride from the UK. Parking was perfect for the bikes. Bar and restaurant was ideal for our requirements. we couldn't have picked a better hotel. Great price

Sjarmerende hotell med en utrolig atmosfære - langt oppi bakkene i Vercurago, etter en kjøretur på den smaleste veien "gjennom" hus og et kloster! The staff were extemely welcoming on arrival and very friendly throughout our stay.We had a fantastic evening meal there - the food was beautifully presented and tasted delicious and the breakfast the following morning was of the same high standard. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. - The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful - in particular they picked us up and dropped us off at the train station and provided free welcome drinks and wonderful nibbles. Our meal in the restaurant was amazing and definately worth the price. (we also ate at the local pizzeria which was good too). Is the perfect place for a relaxing break.

The family is we're friendly, their daughter spoke very good English. Outside breakfast were wonderful and they also have a nice dinner menu. We ate there every night of the week. The swimming pool has a beautiful view of the lake and was very well kept. It's a beatiful 10 min walk to the crystal clear lake. We are planning to come back next year,

The hotel is very well managed with delightful personal service. There is a wonderful restaurant and the staff were meticulous in assisting with dietary requirements (with particular attention to gluten free). However all guests were treated with a genuine warmth and care and attention to detail. A wonderful experience . -

the staff and service were very fast and responsive. the rooms were newly renovated and had very good beds and clean. i would say everything perfect with my stay! also in the bar and restaurant are decent prices for breakfast and to eat. very near it is the Republica metro station when you can access d'uomo for 2 stations. -

Fantastic location next to poma lift, plus the rooms were very modern including the bathroom, always hot water, unusual for Italy! Good car parking.
