Location is great, right in the heart of Trastevere....yet it is so quiet inside the house that one could think this is not in Rome. Our room was very spacious, clean, nice bathroom, excellent shower. Det var nytt, rent og Yakozi dusjen var deilig - Very nice and small hotel. Close to Via Nationale and only 30min walk to city center. Location was tranquil, the rooms were spacious, the availability of a kitchen to cook - Staff were excellent, as was proximity to small convenience store and public transport, some cheap but good eateries nearby. Not too far away from the city centre, and definitely excellent for trips to St Peter's. Plus the rooms were huge, bright and clean.

Brilliant location, could walk to bascillica in 10 mins, the Coleseum in 15 mins. Lots of nice restaurants within a few minutes walk. Piazza Navona is also very near.
We didn't need to get a taxi during our stay, only back to the bus station on the day we were leaving.
It's all about location, location, location!!!!! Right in the centre of Rome you couldn't get much better. Fabiana is also a great help. Stay here definitely.

Hotelli oli iloinen yllätys :) Sijainti hyvä, kävely matkan päässä lähes kaikista nähtävyyksistä, kertaakaan ei tarvinnut julkista liikennettä käyttää.
30 asteen helteen jälkeen oli ihana tulla ilmastoituun huoneeseen.

Friendly staff and Fantastic location, Vatican City was only a few blocks away. Rooms were very clean, decorated tastefully with a mixture of modern and antique furniture. The bed and pillow was super comfortable. Breakfast although continental was lovely with a selection of pastries, cereal and fresh fruit. Fresh coffee was also provided. Overall, I loved staying here as it was so homely and comfortable. -

The beach is a 12 minutes walk away and Barbara kindly let us stay on
the apartments' private beach for free also on the day that we
were leaving. Sperlonga is a beautiful little town and perfect for a
beach holiday.

This one bedroom apartment has all new facilities. Friendly staff is always ready to help. The property has underground parking and is well secured by gates, video surveillance and guard. The beach is within short walk and is free for Le Spiagge residents. The town is within short drive. You don't really need the car to wander around
