Good location on a quiet street, adjacent to one of the main street of the city, allows to get quickly to the all historical areas and of Rome.

My husband & I recently stayed at Les Fleurs and were thoroughly
impressed with the design, the large rooms and most importantly the
service. It's a small 5 bedroom boutique so it was an intimate stay
and the staff was more than accomodating. The rooms & bathrooms are
extremely spacious and modern. The breakfast was great with a lot of
options, and eggs made to order. Location could not have been more
convenient! We arrived by train & it was a short two block walk to

The bathroom with bath! This was very modern and business like. The service was good at night when needed. - accessibility from roma termini, english speaking and helpful front desk personnel, adequate breakfast. I will stay there again if I get a chance to go to Rome again.

The staff was amazing, extremely helpful, always smiling and attentive. The location was not bad, although restaurants around were not that great but it was a nice walk to piazza spagna and the shopping area which was very convenient. -

The staff were absolutely brilliant from the moment we stopped the car outside the hotel to the moment we left. The restaurant manager was brilliant and helpful with the language ( we were English speaking ) and also the menu etc. Nothing was a problem and they had a big conference on at the same time.

The breakfast while traditional was superb. The pastries were absolutely
wonderful and were accompanied by your choice of beverages, yogurt,
bread and homemade jam, and a hardboiled egg.
The dog, Lu-La, while a Giant Canne Corso, is a cream puff who loves to be petted and will follow you all around the property but not into any of the facilities.

Once we arrived the staff was prompt and happy to greet us. Though we didn't speak Italian they spoke enough English to communicate perfectly. The stay was great, we decided we needed to stay a second night without booking it and they ensured me it wasn't a problem offering me the same rate. Ana Paola and Luigi were extremely polite and helpful. The location is right dead in the heart of Ancient Rome, absolutely amazing for the price. Tons of restaurants and bars close as well.

Location is excellent, right in the heart of Rome only a 5 minute walk from the Piazza Novana. Avoid any restaurants near the Piazza, the food is awful and over priced, instead opt for the cafes/restaurants located down the side streets near the hotel - you won't be disappointed.

The staffs were super! They made us feel coming back to Rome and this B&B again.
When I asked some questions, they gave me more than I expected. The location was just around Navona where local people came and enjoyed restaurants and bars! We could find great restaurants and a super market just a few minutes from B&B. There are some buses pass by the main street near B&B, so we came back from Piazza Venice and Termini station by bus. It took only 1.5 Euro and 15 - 20 mins.
