  The location, staff, and ameneties were fantastic. Wonderful experience all around - I really liked the hotel and will be going back there again.   Absolutely the most romantic hotel we've stayed in! The rooms are so decadent! Service is impeccable! Breakfast in bed is such a nice touch! Juliets courtyard is closed to the public at 7.30pm and our hotel had exclusive use! It's extra special because my fiancé just proposed to me there!! :) - everything was perfect.   location - The hotel was very close to the Arena where we attended an opera performance. Very convenient location! Good breakfast buffet, helpful staff.

  I was very pleasntly surprised by it all, the location was fantastic, very central, the hotel was of a very high standard, clean and warm. The staff, which were mainly family were extremely helpful and very friendly and were very accomodating to our needs.
