  The hotel is situated in the Chiaia district, a very safe, quiet and residentail area which was important for me as I was travelling on my own. It is conveniently close to the major tourist attractions, restaurants and it has the densest concentration of luxury shopping. The hotel staff were very forthcoming and helpful.   The hotel and our room were both charming, elegant, and immaculately maintained. The staff went out of their way to make us comfortable and advise us on transportation connections.   The beautiful setting and furnishing of my accommodation and of the breakfast room. Especially the maintenance of my room by the attendant was done by meticulous work and courtecy.   The Plazzo Alabardieri was a real find! It is in a great location within easy walking distance for shopping, sight seeing, restaurants and bars. It is also in a very safe location. Hotel itself is a boutique hotel which is very elegant and peaceful. Room and bathroom facilities were good. Breakfast had an excellent choice and very good quality.   good safe location with easy access to transport links. also nice rooms with very good choice at breakfast - The staff was extremely helpful, the location was perfect--close to the metro and on the Mergellina waterfront--and the room was large and beautifully renovated. The breakfast was the most substantial we had during three weeks in B and Bs.
