The Hotel really is behind the Duomo. There was still renovationshappening inside the hotel and road works at the Piazza Fontana, butsomehow, we could hear no noise at all from our room. I have always found the Carlton to have all ready upon my arrival. My room was available and all was in order. The staff is always very helpful and informative. You cannot beat the location of the hotel to the great shops.

Sentral beliggenhet. Meget godt renhold. Smakfull innredning.- Ellers svarte ikke hotellet til forventningene. Ingen av de to andre hotelleneh krever betaling på forskudd. Eneste gangen vi så servicepersoner var ved ankomst. Altfor dårlig samsvar mellom forhåndsomtale og det vi opplevde. Firenze er en vakker by. Vi var mye ute! - Staff (Larisa) mad

Our suite contained a large balcony perfect for enjoyingan evening bottle of Chianti. - Tornabuoni Suites were fantastic and we would highly recommend them to any person wanting apartment accommodation in Florence. They were five star and great value for money. Lots of room and really lovely to go back to each night after wandering around Florence.

We loved the garden (it looks well looked after) and the staff were very helpful and friendly - we'd like to thank Antonio especially for his assistance with our stay. - We liked its central location, that it has a lovely garden in which you can sit and it is located across from a park as well as very near the train station.
