  We loved the setting in the Tuscan hills, the wonderful staff, the charm of the old villa. The pool was also nice and the villa was located in driving distance to many of the cities we wanted to visit.   Absolutely nothing. It was a horrible hotel and I would encourage everyone to avoid it. It was dirty. TV and air did not work. Tile in bathroom was cracked. The room smelled of urine. If it had not been so late I would have left. I almost left and slept in car. If I had to do over again. I would sleep in car before staying there.
