  Everything we experienced was first class- the warm welcome, the recommendations for a good spot for dinner( local specialities, good wine of the region -Alto Adige), the spotlessly clean comfortable room. we were even given an upgrade to a suite! - The indoor pool was great and provided the kids a lot of enjoyment.
