Hotel Pisa Tower has only been open for a few months, but I can not recommend it enough. I believe there are only a dozen rooms so you get great service from the staff. Fabio (owner) was on-site the entire time we were there and he was wonderful. The rooms are well decorated, spacious, with comfortable beds. Really freindly welcome and a fantastic location in Pisa. Recommendations for resteraunts given to us by the manager (Luca) were the best we found in Italy. He even booked the table for us. We had the bigger room which comes with a private balcony. Plenty of space four 4 of us and room comes with a double and two singles which is good for families.
They were happy for us to leave bags with them all day, which is great if you have a late flight..

Beautiful rooms. Very comfortable and owners very friendly. We had to leave early in the morning and we were able to go to the kitchen and help ourselves to breakfast. Perfect location. Excellent location close to the major attractions. Helpful and no-fuss hostess who made no issue of us arriving well after 9 pm, gave us very useful tips on what to see and sent us off very helpfully by booking us a taxi.
Since we had a late night flight out, the ability to leave our bags in the B&B on our last day with access to the common facilities was also a huge help.

Parking on site, the place was spacious, clean and comfortable. It was surrounded by nature, quiet. Well equipped kitchen and a great place to rest for a while. Would have to stay longer after much travelling, however had to move on. Did enjoy the 2 night stay. -

Accommodation was excellent - new, clean, comfortable and spacious. Staff were really helpful and friendly. Added advantage of having a pool which was needed after a hot day sight seeing.

The lady and her nephew who ran the Hotel were delightful, very helpful and such a warm friendly atmosphere we didn't want to leave. It was like stepping back in time to old style Italy but everything was comfortable and worked very well. Lots of hot water and a good shower.Look forward to our return! Excellent value for Money -

The location was perfect! Close to the tower, bus right out front front that takes you to the train station and airport. The hotel was very close to the main sights of Pisa (Leaning Tower was a 10 minute walk away). We also walked from the hotel to Pisa Central station - the whole of Pisa is in walking distance.
The room was big and airy. Bed was comfortable, and bathroom was clean.
The receptionist was also extremely friendly and helpful.

The staff were very friendly, and the man working when we arrived late at 9pm helped us with parking and gave directions and advice on where to eat. Staff had excellent english. The eoom was spacious and clean. The location is great
