Marco, the owner, was very friendly and accommodating upon arrival and
throughout our stay. The b&b is clean and tidy, and the room we
stayed in was spacious and comfortable. The location was good, within
walking distance of the main attractions in Pisa, especially the leaning
tower of Pisa, which was only 10 minutes walk away. Overall, we would
definitely recommend this b&B. If we return to Pisa, we will be sure

The staff is great!!! He's very helpful and made us feel very welcomed in the B&B. The room is great and the shared toilet is clean. It's located in a quiet area and the area looked safe. Walking to the Leaning Tower takes only 10min and along the way you can find Coop (supermarket) and many pizzaria.
Ideal location and it had everything I needed to relax and enjoy a last
minute, quick trip. Marco was helpful and did not interfere, which I
appreciated. I liked the arrangements and choices for breakfast and
coffee. I would go back again.
The guy who runs it was awesome, and everything was kept clean. Also it was walking distance to the leaning tower, and not a bad bus ride to the beach.

The proprietor was friendly. The continental breakfast was nice. The kitchen isn't closed for the night so you can have breakfast at any time you want. You can use the PC to surf the net or print something out.
The host was very pleasant initially and breakfast.
The only points we had were that, due to the structure of the old
buildings, the walls are thin and the neighbours can complain. We felt
this didn't allow us as much privacy. The other point was that the
breakfast was slightly more sparse than we were expecting, although,
compared to other hotels we stayed at on our trip, it ended up being the
best spread.
