  There was something special about the staff , they were friendly,approachable,very knoweledgable on every topic posed to them. They wereespecially helpfull when we had a travel problem to get back to the uk,(I.E. contacting Itallien eurostar,SNCF and Eurostar France) makingphone calls at there own expense to help us with our needs.
