  The hotel is barely two minutes' walk from the train station, and five minutes from the town centre. It is modern, clean and well kept, with very polite and helpful staff. The room was rather small but well air-conditioned (the weather was very hot during our stay), very clean and had everything needed for an overnight stop.   The hotel is run by a very hospitable couple. They were very pleasant and friendly and helped us to be very comfortable at the hotel. Of all the three hotels we stayed in Italy( the other two in Venice and Rome, this was the only hotel that had wifi available. We strongly recommend this hotel for everyone coming to Pavia. - Hotel Rosengarten was much better than expected. Room rates were quite low, but the hotel staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Wifi was free, the rooms were clean, the shower and bed both very good. The hotel was a 10 minute (pleasant) walk from the city centre and an easy walk from the station.
