  This is an interesting place in the absolute heart of old Palermo. It has an art gallery on the ground floor and occupies several rooms of a renovated apartment block. The rooms are big and clean BUT the place is noisy being on two laneways which have foot and motorbike traffic all night. The owners are opening an art gallery/library/wine bar in the complex and as these are housed inside large wooden doors, I believe will provide a quiet haven from the busyness of Palermo. Free wifi.   Bright, clean & freshly restored. Friendly & helpful owner & staff - really made to feel at home. Although a Bed & Breakfast, we could come and go at any time. - This is my second visit to B&B 22. I love the design element and the comfort. It is very conveniently located and I had no difficulty with parking either.

  The apartment house is situated in the very buzz of Palermo’s old town. We were given an ENORMOUS apartment, not less than 100 sq. m., consisting of huge antechamber, big sitting room, huge bedroom with four-poster bed, kitchen, bathroom with essential toiletries, 3 balconies. Apartment is clean, furnishings are quite sparse (that’s advantage) and... hva folk sier » almost antique, pigeons’ poo on the balconies is in harmony with city’s mood. Small old TV shows nothing, but who needs it when you are in Palermo. G - Everything was great. My wife, 2 year-old son and I felt so comfortable and Cass Orieles is very child-friendly. Anna, the housekeeper is so frank and helpful. Room is appropriate in size and very clean.

  My husband and I stayed at the B&B Serpotta when we first arrived in Sicily and liked it so much that we extended our stay by one night. We also rebooked at the B&B for our last night before heading home. The rooms/suites are beyond what you would expect from a B&B. The B&B also has a hot tub and workout area which again is beyond most B&B - I (67 yrs) was travelling with my God daughter (29) who has cerebral palsy. All the staff treated her with respect and good humour and indulged her attempts to speak Italian, she has difficulty speaking English! Nothing was too much trouble and when an incident occurred that necessitated a change of bedding, I was assure it was "no problem". The apartment was more than I expected, beautifully appointed and scrupulously clean. A truly wonderful stay.
