The staff were excellent. It is in a very good situation although the immediate square it is in, is slightly run down and can be intimidating at first. If the noise of fireworks upsets you, this is not the hotel for you, as there are a number of firework shops in the square and during the festivals there are constant loud bangs.

It is an extraordinary property. Much of the original architecture still exists which makes it a very unique place. The location and view are unbelievable, the rooftop pool and garden are gorgeous, and the food is excellent. Staff were incredibly helpful. I turned up a day early with my five children and chiro gave us water and sorted us out an apartment for the night, he drove us all there and picked us all up the next day

that's an oasis in the centre os naples! we reached the hotel by foot from the central railway ctation - there was rubbish everywhere while we were going, but caracciolo appeared like a miracle)) by the way, naples has it's own charm and i like it, but the difference is enormous on the first sight)) -

I liked the small yet beautiful and comfortable room. The bathroom was very clean and looked very nice. The staff is super helpful and I liked the whole atmosphere at Hotel San Paolo. I would go back there anytime. I recommend. - nice roof terrace, wifi, good breakfast, friendly staff
