  Carmen, my hostess, was superbly welcoming, and extraordinarily helpful with making suggestions suited to my interests. My room was large, beautifully decorated, had great wi-fi, a terrific view over Piazza Dante, quiet and comfortable. We had a late check out and he agreed with it. Taxi was called at the time.

  The staff were excellent. It is in a very good situation although the immediate square it is in, is slightly run down and can be intimidating at first. If the noise of fireworks upsets you, this is not the hotel for you, as there are a number of firework shops in the square and during the festivals there are constant loud bangs.

  The hotel location is just great. we really enjoyed the stay here. the hotel even offers us free bikes to the castle. that's just nice. however, the owner of the hotel is not that hospitality. maybe she cannot speak English very fluently. the turkish spa is not open after 730 and the TV in the room cannot watch football match. we have to go downst... hva folk sier » airs in the bar for the match. - After having spent time in Rome and the mountains of Italy, Naples is completely different. It's more dirty than the other cities we visited in Italy but the people are very warm and welcoming. Heed the warnings and do not travel with expensive jewelry.
