  It is an extraordinary property. Much of the original architecture still exists which makes it a very unique place. The location and view are unbelievable, the rooftop pool and garden are gorgeous, and the food is excellent. But once the neighbor helped us to engage Ciro, the hotel's representative, everything became much better.   We stayed in 2 rooms, both of which were lovely. The facilities in the room were high spec & cleanliness was excellent. The breakfast gave huge choice & was really tasty. The location was great as it was on a pedestrianised street in a good location. Finally I can't speak highly enough of the staff. If I was returning to Naples tomorrow I would definitely stay at this hote - We loved the location, friendly staff, the rooms which were spacious and quiet and the breakfast great. Our room overlooking the street was great to sit on the balcony and watch all the activity below. We were close to everything - shops, restaurants, bars, attractions, the Lungomare and the airport bus. I really can't fault this hotel at all - it's a wee gem!

  that's an oasis in the centre os naples! we reached the hotel by foot from the central railway ctation - there was rubbish everywhere while we were going, but caracciolo appeared like a miracle)) by the way, naples has it's own charm and i like it, but the difference is enormous on the first sight)) - Beautiful hotel with nice facilities. Great ... hva folk sier » friendly staff. Good breakfast. However, in a horrible neighborhood indeed. Napoli is pretty bad criminality wise, imagine staying in a bad hood. Somebody tried to steel my iphone from my hands right outside the hotel at 7pm at night.

  I liked the small yet beautiful and comfortable room. The bathroom was very clean and looked very nice. The staff is super helpful and I liked the whole atmosphere at Hotel San Paolo. I would go back there anytime. I recommend. - nice roof terrace, wifi, good breakfast, friendly staff
