  Friendliness and helpfulness of the owner. Patrizio had great suggestions for places of interest and fantastic drives. He gave us a private view of Tuscany - Beautiful location. Hotel is a few km outside of Montespertoli - reachable only by car. Nice breakfast. Our cheaper room was half underground and thus well temperated in high summer.

By the way, it's not the inconvenience for - Beautifully located very nice farm tourism complex (two buildings), spacious appartament nicely designed, well equipped with comfortable beds, helpful and very nice staff, they produce their own wine and some food which you get on breakfast (very good and delicious breakfast),they offer also dinners if you wish, there are some toys for the children in dining room in the main building,and the playground outdoor, calm place (little bit of noise of cars from main road which is not that close...bu
