  The rooms were massive and beautiful with hardwood floors and walls. Very nice hotel. The breakfast had a good variety as well as very fast service. Front desk staff were helpful even though English wasn't great. Great price for the quality. - The breakfast and the room decor.

Stayed in the new wing of the hotel, the room was very big as was the bathroom (which was bigger than a lot of hotel rooms I stayed in in Italy). Breakfast was great, with a decent selection. No restaurant in evening but there are two restaurants within 5 min walk and the hotel has a selection of menu's if you wish to order food in, and they provide plates etc. Can not recommend this hotel enou

  The proprietor was fantastic. She recommended a local restaurant (Ca' Dal Sol) and made dinner reservations for us. The room was comfy, spacious, and modern. Breakfast was great! The proprietor also arranged for us to visit the nearby Villa San Donnino to experience the balsamic making process. We would definitely stay again.

  The perfect accomodation!!! If you are in Modena this is a fairly cheap alternative for a stay in the city centre. Run by a perfectionist landlandy the apartment was both superclean, comfortable. The wi-fi worked excellent (contrary to other hotels/BBs we stayed at during our week in Italy).
