I have always found the Carlton to have all ready upon my arrival. My room was available and all was in order. The staff is always very helpful and informative. You cannot beat the location of the hotel to the great shops.

The Hotel really is behind the Duomo. There was still renovationshappening inside the hotel and road works at the Piazza Fontana, butsomehow, we could hear no noise at all from our room. The perfect hotel to stay if you are visiting Milan.
Luxurious and very clean, friendly staff and excellent food (breakfast, lunch and diner!).
Great location in a quiet neighborhood and nevertheless 20 min from the city by metro (including walk to the nearest station which is about approximately 650 m)

Second time in this hotel and I found the same confort, spacious rooms and balcony as well. Very nice breakfast and food. Very close to Milano center via metropolitana. Very easy to come from airport Bergamo in case you rent the car. Last time I was here with family and we appreciated also very close green park where we passed nice walking with our small daughter.
