The whole experience was delightful, the staff were really friendly and helpful and the restaurant in the hotel served the best food we had in milan. I thought the hotel was beautifully designed. Very stylish with an impressive attention to detail. - Very close to undergound station/s. Did not always use the closest as it was enjoyable walk to another one. Breakfast was included in rate and had a vast choice of items. All staff very courteous and helpful especially those who serviced the rooms.

The hotel is great, really fancy, staff extremelly attentive and kind. Is just outside the old town in what look like a new business area of Milan. Great breakfast with a lot of options. The room we stayed was in the last floor with no windows, like an attic. May sound weird, but was really cozy and with a fake hera climbing the walls. Great value for money!

The hotel is very well located, only a few steps from the Cathedral and Vitoria Emanuelle Gallery with tons of shopping and restaurants. The rooms are comfortable with plenty of amenities and pillow choices.
The hotel in general is new and modern and I would definitely go back.
