Rooms for rent in one apartment. Shared bathrooms. Clean and cheap. Wi-fi working great. Close to metro station which goes to Milano Centrale Railway Station (5 minutes) and Duomo (10 minutes). Staff speaks poor English, on the other hand smiling and kind. Everything was great - price, location, attitude, free WiFi. There are many good shops and restaurants nearby, and city center is not far away. Many kinds of public transport are available nearby. I recommend this hotel to all who wants to stay in Milan.
alle vurderinger » Hotel is 2,6 km from Milano Centrale but not far from the hotel there is train station Milano Porta Garibaldi. Duomo and centre of Milano is about 3 km from hotel. Balcony of my room (Nr 5) looks in a yard of building so it was quiet all night. Nice staff, clean room, quiet most of the time, just a few steps away from metro station, if I were to stay in Milan again I would definitely consider this hostel in the first place. Location is good, near metro station, city center is easily reached this way. We had a big room with a nice balcony for a small price. Cosy place. Balcony in the room. Clean bathrooms (shared). Clean and safe place. the hotel is near the metro and the tramway that goes to the city center . the room are huge and clean. Newly renovated. Big room. stuff IS polite and trying to be helpful. I needed to print my boarding passes, they let me use comp and printer for free and helped as much as they could. I liked that there was a lift in the building because many hotels I previously stayed had got no lift. Free wifi. room is big and great sun shine. not difficult to locate the hotel. The staff were good but didn't understand a great deal... Leaving. I am completely satisfied with everything :). There is a rule that check in starts at 11:00 so you'd better arrive at a time, earlier you won't be allowded. Shared toilet and shower-queues. Staff knows only basic English words. Wifi stopped working on the last night we stayed. Traffic outside goes on throughout the whole night, kind of what I expected since the guesthouse is located at the inner city ring road. Be sure to bring earplugs for a good nights rest. May be to loud for some - close to the noisy street. Staff doesn't speak English well. Still very friendly and we managed to comunicate:). Noisy, al the time there were noises from street. Extremely noisy street Very very basic rooms. This is not a proper hotel. Run by family, based in an apartment. No TV in the room. No credit card payments available. It is a 1st floor, so it is quite noisy from the street - especially on warm nights in Milan, and when no air con is available in your room (central air con for a whole apartment). Noisy a lot of people Bathroom is not clean Hard to find. The staff especially the man is not kind,he likes to complain and speak rudely,which makes feel fearful. The noise from the street didn't let me sleep during night. Staff couldn't speak english. Cold water in the shower. No availability of shower gel. no towels and bed linen for blanket and for the second pillow even in a single-room. also hotel doesn't provide soap and shampoo. rather noisy, most of the noise caused by the staff (members of the family-owners of the hotel). the hotel stuff doesn't speak english. no kitchen. also in my booking a TV was promised, but there was no TV in the room (thats ok with me, but smbody might complain). No electric kettle in the room, no basin (usually room with shared bathroom would have a basin). staff are rude especially the husband. with air-conditioning but the staff never let you switch it on. the shared bathroom is dirty and without hot water. shower are freezing. i should accept these with this low price. DO NOT STAY HERE..!!!!!!! Was definitely was not the room we booked and we were the only people there so they could have put us in our room but we got a room with a bed and a desk...not impressed...if your are in the tourist game either do it right or GET OUT...!!!!!!!. The staff were rude, no hot water or AC as mentioned in the add. Also no flat screen tv. Not that I needed either but the booking said it came with these. I honestly would not stay here ever again. It is also very hard to find. Not well signed!.
