B&B Sansevero Venice is located 100 metres from Mestre Train Station, with fast links to Venice. It offers elegant rooms with tiled or wooden floors and LCD TV, some overlooking the gardens of Via Piave.
The Sansevero is on the second floor of a building of the 1960s. The reception area is complete with living room.
Each room features a private bathroom and a kettle. A sweet Italian breakfast is served in the dining room each morning.

the location is great, 3 min from the train station and close to the city supermarket. the room was nice, clean and cozy. breakfast was good. Maria, makes you feel at home although it was a bit difficult to communicate .
The best cost/benefit relation. It was also a clean and warm hotel,
with polite staff. The breakfast was enough, not like the usual Italian
breakfast (cornetto and cappuccino). Totally recommended.
Great location for the tourist visitors: 100 meters to the rail station and 20 meters to the bus that brings you to Venice. Friendly lady (staff) makes accommodation easy and comfortable.
The owner is very nice and prepared the breakfast by herself so we could have fresh coffee and toast with ham and cheese every morning.

the breakfast is very good and the location is perfect.
Its about 15mins walk from the train station. When I reached the the
supervisor lady , provided me map and showed what to do. At checkout
they allowed me to stay few hours extra as my train was later that day.

the walls were a bit thin so we heard all the noises from the room next to us.
We could not use wifi smoothly except the first day. We have to sit near the door to catch the wifi.
Could be noisy, when you have neighbours who are inconsiderate.
Shower recess very tiny.....could hardly bend down without knocking into wall.
Lady doesnt speak english so a bit of problem in makine her understand but still you will be able to manage somehow.

Not enough information on website to reach B&B from train station or
airport. Lack of signboards. The toilet was not good as the water
wouldnt drain in the shower and stays fro 30 minutes.
Quite noisy in the morning as near a busy highway.
There's little to dislike. Maybe other people would find uncomfortable to have to take the bags up the stairs though I didn't mind.

#Breakfast was really bad they only provide bread n butter. # it was
cold and the room heater didn't work well , I was freezing the whole
night , the only thing the hotel staff had to say was that this is the
best they can do,next day they provided me extra blanket thats all.

It's a shame that you send people to such place/ I haven't been to such an awful place since the 80's when you didn't know what you buy. I will be very resentful in using booking since.
No value for money paid. Just near to this you have wonderful hotels,
for half the price. Not clean, no lift and the hotel is managed just by
one lady, who has to do cleaning, cooking and accounts. I would never
ever go there again.
