  I chose Marco Simone because it is very close to people I was visiting. The staff were extremely hospitable and amicable. It is a working farm--is fairly quiet and peaceful, clean yet rustic. it was oerfect for my needs this trip. Also this location is very near Tivoli and the eastern Rome suburbs. I would recommend this location given the travelers keep an open mind and enjoy bring well off the beaten path.
