The residence is located in the village Malgrade in front of Lake Como and it provides wonderful views across Lake Como to Lecco!!! It’s good value for money!! We are a family with 2 big children and we had a two bedroom apartment in the first floor of the white building just beside the main old building (which is impressive!!!). Although the apartment was old, it was comfortable, decorated with nice furniture and it gives a good feeling about it. It is nice, friendly and big enough, with all.
alle vurderinger » We would highly recommend this property and would highlight the high level of service offered by Andrea. We had the attic apartment of this 4 storey building. It has a roof window which opens to create almost a small terrace in the living room and provides stunning views across Lake Como to Lecco. Well- appointed and comfortable it is a very attractive place to stay in. Bedroom very quiet and comfortable with loads of storage space. Well equipped kitchen; both washing machine and dishwasher had. The apartments were in the perfect location in a beautiful old building, Andrea was amazing, he couldn't do enough for you, we were two families and originally we were staying in different buildings but he quickly sorted it that we were in apartments next to each other. Our apartment had no air conditioning and even though Andrea had no fans left he went and bought one within hours! Excellent service, very clean and spacious apartments with amazing views. There is also right next door a fantast. Malgrate was a wonderful destination, close to everthing in como but without the crowd, It has also had a very nice refurbishment of the lakeside. The building was fantastic, staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The apartment was generously sized, furnished beautifully and I didn't wan't to leave. Lovely location, overlooking the Lake, very comfortable apartment, places to eat nearby, local shops, Lecco in walking Distance, would return and recommend to Friends. very friendly, beautiful location with marvelous view. new lake front build just recently with grass and very nice restaurant. recommend for anybody!. Beautiful place, very nice apartment, fully furnished, spacious and clean rooms, excellent service, it was pleasure ti stay there. Our apartment windows opened directly onto Lake Como. An amazing location and lots of space. Very friendly, helpful owner. Very spacious apartment and good location. Location was fabulous. Wifi wasn’t available in the apartment but we could use the owner’s account outside of the building. The only negative off the apartment we had, is that it’s “split level” with a few stairs inside and it is not suitable for older people or families with small children. Also, the kitchen and the bathroom are too old and definitely need a renovation…. On the down side the shower is in an old style hip bath, difficult for two ageing travellers to access. The tv is very small for the size of the living room with no international channels. This is the only reason we don’t rate this property higher. If you are only using the place as a base then it's great, as malgrate doesn't have a lot, beautiful place but only a couple of restaurants. The bath tub is uneven which makes it difficult to take a shower. No internet access. Not much to complain about.
