This is an amazing place. Everything was perfect-tidy, clean and stylish hotel. Very nice englishspeaking receptionist-she gaves us many helpfull advices for the old Lucca town and ideas for good restaurants there. Beautifully restored Villa, high quality fittings,traditional Italian style,spotlessly clean room, lots of good quality choices in breakfast buffet.
Friendly and efficient staff could not do enough to help us, excellent English and French is spoken. Nothing was too much trouble - thank you for an excellent stay in beautiful Lucca.
Lovely relaxing area with hot tub etc. too.

We arrived earlier than 15h (the time you normally can check-in). The cleaning lady called the owner and he arrived 5 minutes later. We already could check in. He was very helpful and nice.

We arrived very late the hotel had ensured that we were welcomed.
The room was large and comfortable and very warm.
