La Corte degli Angeli is a fantastic hotel, in the very centre of Lucca, in a quiet street. Our room was really big and cosy and with shutters (very important for me, as I need obscurity to sleep. This is an amazing place. Everything was perfect-tidy, clean and stylish hotel. Very nice englishspeaking receptionist-she gaves us many helpfull advices for the old Lucca town and ideas for good restaurants there. Beautifully restored Villa, high quality fittings,traditional Italian style,spotlessly clean room, lots of good quality choices in breakfast buffet.
Friendly and efficient staff could not do enough to help us, excellent English and French is spoken. Nothing was too much trouble - thank you for an excellent stay in beautiful Lucca.

We stayed in the Residanza-part of the hotel (another building 50m. down the street). It was a large room, big double bed and a big bathroom. Attentive staff- attractive rooms and centrally located - Central location in Lucca, very close to the Amphitheatre. Staff very welcoming and accommodating. We had a four bedroom split apartment. This is the nicest hotel we have ever stayed in in Tuscany! Like home. Beautiful rooms, a big luxury bathroom, very nice terasse, you can have your breakfast any time you like, outside on the terrasse or in your room. Short walk to city center, just five minutes.
