  We stayed in the Residanza-part of the hotel (another building 50m. down the street). It was a large room, big double bed and a big bathroom. Nice and quiet! - The staff were very friendly and helpful. The choice of food and drinksfor breakfast was huge. One review refers to the location being a long way from the centre of Lucca - this is nonsense, it takes no more than 5 - 8 minutes to walk to Piazza San Michele - an excellent location.

  We really enjoyed our stay. Every detail was taken care of in and out of the room. All kinds of little extras in the room and then there were bicycles available to each person at all times.
