  The Istituto is very clean and the room is well-appointed. The building itself is historic and lovely. I had a last-minute problem when my outbound flight was cancelled and the staff was very helpful and gracious. The location is also great because it is VERY close to the City Terminal, where you can get buses to other places in Salento and to the... hva folk sier » airports, which was great as Lecce isn't really a taxi town and I had to carry my luggage. I would definitely stay here again! - A quiet peaceful facility tucked in a quiet corner of the city. The hotel is in a safe, very quiet neighborhood. The facility is immaculate. The breakfast is outstanding with a local specialty, pusticotti. Amazing price for a room with a private bath and air conditioning. Staff is wonderful. Give this place an A+!

  The host is very nice. When we arrived, she helped us find a parking space and gave us a card to park for free. The room is very nice and clean, very well located in the center of Lecce, a few minutes walk from everything. We had a nice stay!

  This is a great place to stay if you are used to B&Bs and don’t need any services. I meet with the owner all of 3 minutes and never saw him again; so make sure you understand the AC/heat, remote windows etc., before he disappears. The location is - Everything was great! The location is perfect for walking around the city. You're just a few minutes walk from the city center. There's awesome restaurants and shops within steps of the B&B. I'm hesitant to encourage people to visit Lecce though, because it doesn't have the hordes of tourists like Rome. I'd like it to stay that way!

  Lecce is a great city to visit. People are freindly, enjoyable, you can walk everywhere. Rooms were spacious. Location was central. Staff was very helpful. Waited for our late arrival due to our airplane being diverted. - Large room in a handsome old building with a vaulted ceiling.
