They were totally friendly and really helpful. As I had forgotten some stuff ( my home keys...) there, they have given all their time and their patience to help me getting them. The apartment is located right in the heart of the historic centre, close to the Duomo. It's a great street with lots of cafes and restaurants.
The apartment itself was great. We had frontage straight onto the street so it was intersting to see the street life going on right outside. It has been tastefully renovated and was really spacious for two people, with a large separate living area from the bed. Everything was clean and in good working order.
