  air-conditioning was very good, staff were extremely helpful and went well out of their way to make our stay really enjoyable - The hotel despite the name is in fact a quirky boutique property.   Amazingly great place! Looks even better in reality than on the pictures. Great location (5 min to Colloseum, Roman Forum and Monument Vittorio Emmanuel). B&B was recently renovated, it is very stylish, clean and tidy. We stayed there for 3 nights, in the room with external bathroom, which was absolutely comfortable as the bathroom is just 2 s... hva folk sier » teps from the room. The bathroom is faced with marble tiles and looks very beautiful. But what makes this B&B really a gem and definitely a place - The room was very nice, including a queen size bed. The surrounding view of the Forum and Colosseum from the roof top patio was the best. You just could not beat having free breakfast in the morning or a a glass of wine in the evening and then go to the street level and be right there in the center of Rome with reasonable priced restaurants (thanks to the near by college) and all the historic sites.

  Perfect beliggenhet: 5 min fra metrostasjon Ottaviano, 10 min fra Vatican; masse kaffeer ved siden av. Staff er veldig vennlig og hjelpsome. Takk til både Alessandro og Cintia! Det var veldig rent på rommet og bra design på baderom. Alt fungerte bra. Frokost serveres på felles kjøkken og er rimelig og tilfreds. Rooms were very clean, decorated tastefully with a mixture of modern and antique furniture. The bed and pillow was super comfortable. Breakfast although continental was lovely with a selection of pastries, cereal and fresh fruit. Fresh coffee was also provided. Overall, I loved staying here as it was so homely and comfortable. - - Location: 2 min walk from the Vatican and the metro - rooms: newly furnished and clean - staff: very friendly and helpful, they arranged for us a taxi and a visit to the Vatican

I love the charming old-fashioned elevator. There is a car park very close by that costs only € 7,- for every full 24 h, which is very hand - Perfect apartments in historical building. Everything is very clean and designed with antiwar furniture. Kitchen is well equipped, a lot of pictures and books make atmosphere of home hospitality. Owner meets you by him shelf, very kindly person. Breakfast is perfect- you have everything, meet, cheese, yogurt, fruits... And perfect italian coffee, made by wife of the owner!
