  Very year I stay at the Leon D'oro for the trade show in Vicenza in May. Its location close to the station is a plus and the walk to verona Centro is pleasant. I lobby is very welcoming and the recent changes is very refreshing. The staff were extremely helpful with suggestion of restaurants and train schedules.The breakfast is very decent and the... hva folk sier » dining is lovely. - Everything about this hotel was fantastic. We really enjoyed our stay there. Décor, rooms, lobby, everything was beautiful. Would definitely recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here upon our return to Verona in the future.   Great place if You are traveling by car. It's located just by the highway's exit. Parking around is free. It's connected to the Verona town center by a 5km two-lane straight road. 25 km to the Garda lake (south-east end). - The restaurant facilities were far better than most Ibis hotels and the room was a little bigger than expected.

  The set-up is a bit weird, there is no actual hotel lobby. Instead you are given keys by the staff of the Ippoppotamo restaurant. But, then you are led to the back of the hotel and to your own private room and wow! The hotel isn't cheap but it surely is worth every cent!
