  We booked a suite, but on viewing the room it was not suitable for us for personal reasons. We mentioned this to the hotel manager who without hesitation offered us another suite which was superb. We cannot praise the staff highley enough for all their help and assistance during our stay. - Completely charming place.

  We really enjoyed our stay at Cimabue 9. The B&B is just a five minute walk from the hotel where my husband's conference was being held and is also conveniently located to the city center and major tourist attractions that I came to enjoy. Our room and bathroom were straightened up every day and were always clean. I have nothing b - We really enjoyed our stay, the owner Enrico is such a nice guy, my husband got sick while we are in Florence, he helped us to call the doctor, we also stayed for another 2 hours after the official checkout time just so we are in time to catch the train, and he was all good with that. The place is central located, close to supermarket, laundry, Florence city centre and the river. Room is well equipped, big enough for 2 ppl and clean bathroom.   Never met more friendly and helpful staff anywhere like the ones in this hotel. They really made everything so perfect. Everything was very comfortable in this hotel. - Everything about the hotel was superb - location, staff, decor, food. The only issue for us was a lack of tea and coffee in the room. everything else was fautless.

  The hotel is small, but lovely and the staff are very kind and helpful. You can't beat the location--so close to many of the main attractions of Florence. Due to road closures because of flooding in our area of the USA, we missed our flight to Florence and arrived 2 days late. Our expectations were definitely exceeded! The breakfast was the best we h - This was a super hotel in an awesome location for Florence. The rooms were large by European standards and beautiful. Very clean, quiet, comfortable and well priced. The manager of the day, Sebastian, was beyond helpful and even came to get us when we got lost driving in Florence - so the service was above excellent service. Also the breakfasts were super and were very complete with eggs, bacon, fruit and breads. I absolutely would stay there again!
