Hotel is Clean, with friendly staff who are always ready to help.

They were very friendly, helpful and the breakfast was clean. They were very accommodating in getting us in last minute when the hotel I originally booked informed us that they had overbooked and had no room for us. The room was small but efficiant, beds comfortable and clean. The breakfast was good and there was plenty of fresh pastry, coffee and fruit. Since I was only interested in coming to Bicocca University the location of the hotel was very good for me. My room was not only cheap but also quite clean and spacious. Additionally, even though I paid for a room without a bathroom I had a bathroom in the room. I would advise those complaining about dangerous location, cleanliness, price/location

It combines absolutely the low cost with cleanliness. I think it's one of the most appropriate choice whether you look for a economical accommodation.
It is also close to subway station and the connection with down town is quite easy and short.

Stayed for 2 nights and the best thing about this hotel was the staff. Very friendly and went out of the way and gave us the city map and marked all the major places to visit with bus and tram routes. Next best thing was the breakfast. Very elaborate for a 2 star hotel and I had the best cappuccino of my life here in this hotel at breakfast. It is right in front of the bus and tram stop, so getting around the city is pretty easy. And the prices were reasonable for a city like MIlan.

The experience was great. Everything perfect. The staff really helpful; the bedrooms big, beautiful and clean; breakfast included and good and good location. 15 minutes walk from the Duomo. If I go to Milan again that is the place I want to stay.. - Very family hotel. Cute and easy commuting to centre. Great customer service and friendly.
