  staff was cordial and helpful especially Carlos, Benjamin and Javier. I forgot to ask the lady's name and two other guys. The room was kept clean. We returned for 3 more nights after touring Florence and Venice. It was close to the centra station making it easy to go locations like Lake Como and even Switzerland. close to the metro station at Lim... hva folk sier » a en route to the Duomo and the high end shopping - Location was excellent, very close to Central Station ( just a short walk ) & very easy to go to Touristic places like Dumo & shopping centers with all types of public transportation. Hotel is Clean, with friendly staff who are always ready to help. Breakfast was of very good quality and of enough quantity. I liked my single room with private bathroom. Price is resasonable for the excellent location & Clean condition.

  Everything was perfect! Really kind, friendly, helpful stuff. Nice comfortable room with everything what a tourist need. Hairdryer, Every day new towels, soap and shampoo and Clean The rooms every day. It is a 2 star hotel but better than some 3 star ones. Thank you for everything! - Staff , they were really kind.   Since I was only interested in coming to Bicocca University the location of the hotel was very good for me. My room was not only cheap but also quite clean and spacious. Additionally, even though I paid for a room without a bathroom I had a bathroom in the room. I would advise those complaining about dangerous location, cleanliness, price/location... hva folk sier » to try booking a hotel/hostel in similar condition and similar price in Florence or Rome. - It combines absolutely the low cost with cleanliness. I think it's one of the most appropriate choice whether you look for a economical accommodation. It is also close to subway station and the connection with down town is quite easy and short.

  The staff did their best to make our stay comfortable. From the very start they provided us with the city map, public transportation tickets, a 10% discount card for the round-the-corner restaurant and all sorts of helpful information whenever we needed that. Even though the breakfast room is a shoebox size, we never had to wait for our t - Stayed for 2 nights and the best thing about this hotel was the staff. Very friendly and went out of the way and gave us the city map and marked all the major places to visit with bus and tram routes. Next best thing was the breakfast. Very elaborate for a 2 star hotel and I had the best cappuccino of my life here in this hotel at breakfast. It is right in front of the bus and tram stop, so getting around the city is pretty easy. And the prices were reasonable for a city like MIlan.

  Great little hotel - I have stayed here several times and enjoy it a lot. It is simple but very clean, very comfortable. There are plenty of conveniences around the neighborhood and it is easy to get around Milan or to/from airport. - nice clean comfortable rooms in a great location accessable to public transportation
